In 1997 I was diagnosed by doctors in the medical profession with depression. The only solution they offered was antidepressants. After being on medication for awhile, I noticed, it took the edge off, but I still wasn’t feeling myself. I phoned a friend and she said, “it’s not as bad as you think” and referred me to Neuro Linguistic Counselling. I liked the sessions so much that I have been studying holistic healing ever since. Initially I began studying NLP and earned a diploma for Certified Neuro Linguistic Counsellor. My journey introduced me to many other modalities including The Silva Method, Body Talk, The Journey (Journey Practitioner), Visionary Leadership (Visionary Leadership Coach), The Work of Byron Katie (Facilitator in Training), Licensed Spiritual Health Coach.
It seems that since I have been questioning my thoughts, dropping my stories, feeling my emotions and forgiving anyone and everyone… my life has changed dramatically. I have a better quality of life because I look at myself and I have the tools to overcome anything that may arise.
I have been free from depression and anxiety for over 10 years and have become really passionate about sharing this work and supporting others who want choices.
I look forward to being there listening and supporting you in your personal work and growth.
